Your data is used solely for property matching, tenancy negotiation, and compliance with the Estate Agents Act and PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act). We may also use anonymized data for market analysis.
Data Sharing
We may share necessary information with landlords, property management, law firms for tenancy agreements, and government agencies (e.g., IRAS, URA) as required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data for the duration of the tenancy plus 3 years thereafter, as required by the CEA (Council for Estate Agencies). We implement encryption, access controls, and regular audits to protect your data.
